i m filling the first form...i am the sponsor, and i am sponsoring my partner as COMMON LAW PARTNER
on question number 9 ' your actual family situation'
should we put NEVER MARRIED OR COMMON LAW AND THE STARTING DATE OF OUR RELATIONSHIP?

The PR applicant should declare his/her "current" situation. If you are applying as a common law partner, then you check box "common law partner." Yes, the date you began cohabiting or combining your affairs sufficiently.
