I'm being sponsored by my Canadian girlfriend and I don't understand how I answer this question.

It's asks me if I have received my Certificat de Selection du Quebec (CSQ), with a further option whether I answer yes or no. I read on another thread that someone has posted that if I fill it out online and answer No, that this then blocks the rest of the question from needing to be answered. However, when I answered No, it still left me with the option of giving a date for when I applied.

As I understand it, I thought that I don't apply to the Quebec side of the Immigration process until I receive word that I may do so... in which case I will neither have a CSQ number, nor will I have applied to obtain one when I have to answer this question.

Can anyone help me please?

I checked No and handwrote N/A in the "indicate the number" and "when did you apply for it" fields.
