Question 5 asks about the PA's languge preference. If the PA chooses his/her native language as the preference, is it advisable to request an interpreter?
In my case, the person I am sponsoring speaks English but not very well. Is an interpreter advisable?

Yes if the person does not understand english enough to carry on a conversation of seriousness please request one you dont want to have to appeal on the basis the person didn't understand english enough who knows maybe u wont even get an interview
