I will like to know which IMM Form numbers to be filled as an Applicant and which as a Sponsor? I find the website http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/index.asp details a bit confusing to understand.

If you have the application forms in hand I think you'll see it says on the front page of each section who is to fill them in.  You can also refer to the document checklist which is included in the kit.

the checklist is utmost important, it will tell you exactly which forms you have to fill out and which ones your sponsor fills out.
