IMM 5562 - travel history, lost passport

Hi guys,

I have to fill in my travel history for the last 10 years. The problem is that i can only recall my travel history until 2006 as i lost my old passport. So what is the best thing to do here, should i inform them about the lost passport and only give the information from 2006-2010? It is mentioned on my current passport that my previous passport was lost, i could attach a copy of this page. 

Or should i make a guess of the travel dates as suggested to me by a consultant? I traveled a lot between 2000-2006 and i don't remember the exact dates of travel either.

As your old passport was lost you may give approximate period of your travel ( like month and year). Of course you could remember the countries you visited. Give a note on the statement that you lost your old passport and the date of travel is not accurate. I don't see there will be any problem in this matter.
