IMM 5562

This ducument asks that we provide our travels in previous 10 years.
My question is what is I dont remember any trip that i had before, how serious this document is in context of getting refused if I forget to mention some destination or date.
Another thing is do I have to write down every single trip ( even shoping trips that lasted for 1 day) that was outside my country.
And one more thing not connected with this document is this text found on the CIC web:

Applications that are received by the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) on or after November 14, 2011 that have not been prepared using the updated Instruction Guide and the Document Checklist (IMM 5612), will be returned as incomplete.

What does this mean and which checklist do I have to follow if I send my docs before November 14 2011?

you can get your travel history from your current and previous passports ( from the stamps ) dont worry
in my opinion write every thing even if for 2 days

Can you be more specific please. What did your agent wrote, what is KSA and does your actual travels correspond to that ones that are written down in IMM 5562.
