Am in the process of sopuse visa.  The Abu Dhabi office emailed me form IMM 5549 and Residency Questionnaire asking me for fill the same.  I was wondering why. As per the checklist there was nothing about these forms, why have they asked me to get this complete.  They have started processing my application since October,2011 onwards.

On form IMM5549 they ask to explain why i have not served in the militia, army, defence or police unit ?? what should i answer for that.

Please advise me soon.

IMM 5549 Supplementary Information is required by some visa offices during the process of the applications.  Abu Dhabi used to ask for it.  You should send the form duly filled and signed to Abu Dhabi Office  by fax or mail.If you never served military or Police then fill it Not applicable against the column. For the question "Why you have not served in the militia, army .... ..... ......  " you can answer that Defence Service or police Service is not compulsory in your country and also you were not interested to work in any branch of armed forces .......
