Try to give a minimum 2 line explanation. Photos should have the following format on the back:
Persons: (from L to R standing/sitting etc)
Relationship with the people in the photo:
Event
Date of the event:
Place of the event:
For all evidences of receipts etc, you can use photo copy and it is better to use a copy as they might ask for the same information again at some point in the process.
Send the file of the documents by attaching prints of emails, skype msg history, telephone bills, e-cards etc

Organize your documents and proofs how they are listed in the checklist.

Be detailed about the development of your relationship - you're trying to prove to someone who has never met you that your relationship is real. You don't have to (and shouldn't) go into details of your sex life though. Just write it with that thought in mind - the person reading this doesn't know us and I have to prove our relationship is real.

Some questions can be answered simply. For most, I said "See Development of Relationship" - out relationship story was 5 pages. I could have gone longer but was trying to keep it from becoming a book lol (we've known each other for 10 years).

THANK YOU BOTH FOR YOUR REPLIES!!!

I have a few more questions that maybe u guys can help me with:

1: for Sponsor questionaire it say to state past 5 years of employment---> but I have been employed for 4 years since I graduted from university? and I didnt work before that? what should I do? should I write a letter to explain or should I state that one year extra and say " unemployed"??

2: When he wants to answer the question about out relationship that little box is so small so can he just write " SEE ATTACHED for Details:"??

3. He got his passport notarized is that ok?? because it says all photocopies must be?? ALSO, when it says all photocopies MUST BE CERTIFIED....so when it says on the Translation " True Copy Issues on July 4,2011" is that suffienct for that purpose?!?!?!

thanks....I will post other quetsions on here since you all seem knowledgable in this area!!!!! THANKS AGAIN

Tina, I must say I just checked yes or no, and where they wanted some more details about the relationship, I didnīt write too much, just in a few words how it is. I guess it all depends on how you met your partner, if online or if f.e. the engagement was via phone, I think that maybe in those cases they want to check if the relationship is genuine. I hope I explained enough in the application form, also I didnīt send too many photos.

Hi ,

It is always better to provide as much evidences you can while filling the forms . If you have supportive proofs for each explanation that would be awesome . You can also provide copies of travel tickets if you happen to meet your spouse as many number of times , greting cards or envelopes showing stamps an all those stuff . Basically my understanding is , sponsorship application should have as much documentary evidences one can provide in order to prove that a marriage is real and not fake !

For the time when you were in university, just state you were going to school. Definitley include the past 5 years of employment, but since the first year you were in university, don't state 'unemployed', state 'studying at X University'.
