Regarding Question #30: Do you receive financial support from your sponsor?
We both have jobs here in Canada and pool our resources together. So do I answer "No"? If  I answer "Yes", I have to provide evidence of Western Union receipts, etc, which I don't have. Please advise

You would answer "No".  Spousal support is not the same as pooling resources and running a home together.
