IMM 5490 Interpreter Declaration

Hi,

I want to ask what to do with this last part in IMM 5490 form, Interpreter Declaration. Interpreter did not assist me. Should i just leave it blank or put NOT APPLICABLE?

You don't need to fill this unless you used the services of an interpreter. Leave it blank.
