Hi all,

It seems like I am in a bit of a pickle. I have already received my AOR and am waiting for my IA. I was going through my application and noticed that I did not attach the IMM 5406 - Additional Family Members. I was under the impression that this was only required if there were any family members accompanying me. Since I am the only applicant, I thought it was not necessary to fill this form.

It appears that I was wrong.

I was wondering if they would reject my application or if it was possible to send them an email explaining the situation. Also, I was wondering if I could fax them the IMM 5406 so that they have a copy? will they reject my application because i missed the IMM 5406 form? Or will they send an "additional document request" with the IA?

This has got me very anxious.

Any Help would be appreciated.

Hi - I would submit the form as soon as possible with a letter explaining that you forgot to include the form. I would send it by fax or express mail (of course include your file number and/or copy of the AOR).  Otherwise I would think they should return the entire package to you as "incomplete."  This could be a costly time delay...
