hello!!!
i have a friend needs to apply for the citizenship so he asked me does he have to submit the confirmation of permanent residence IMM 5292 with his application, because he lost this document. so what he needs to do if this necessary .
does he send the application without it ?

He can order a copy of it:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english//information/applications/certcopy.asp
Once he gets the copy, he can use that to apply for citizenship.
