IMM 5257 "Details of visit to Canada" box no. 4 for person in transit?

I'm a crew member joining ship in vancouver beginning of september.I have literally 2 days to fill out the IMM 5257 form to get the transit visa for Canada, and I'm stuck at the section regarding "Details of visit to Canada" box no. 4, and obviously I can't afford myself making mistakes.I will spend 1 night in Vancouver at a hotel reserved by my company. Does the hotel qualify as an "institution I will Visit" ?
For now I put N/A in those boxes, but I woke today whit the creepy feeling that it might be wrong.
