Hi there, I am a bit confused, I am planning on immigrating my husband from the states and I am confused about section B, who or what is the co-signer, it says if your spouse should complete this section ONLY IF he/she is co signing the application, but then says if your sponsoring you cannot have a co-signer?...

No co-signers in spousal applications. So you leave it blank, it is for other non-spousal applications.
