IMM 1344 A form application to sponsor and undertaking

Hello everyone, im new in the forum. You guys are very helful. I'm really stuck on form IMM 1344 A.section A # 11. It says if you are a permanent resident or a naturalized canadian citizen, give the name of the country where your application for perment residence was proceed. Now i was born in Ghana but  i was sponsored by my mother who  lived in canada. She was in canada when she sponsored me and she still lives in canada. So what country should i put for give the name of the country where your application for permanent residence was proceed?. Canada or Ghana? After that question, there was another question saying to write my Full name at the time i became a permanent resident? after that question it also says Record of landing/confirmation of permanent residence number. Please help me cause i have no clue what to put. thank you

1.  You emigrated from Ghana right?  So that is where your application was processed.  You landed as "landed" as an Immigrant, you received either a IMM 1000 or COPR (after 2002) that is the no. that is required.

Thank you so much for the quick reply.I understood the answer 1 but not the answer 2. Can you please explaine the question 2 for me? My mom told me that i became a citizen 6 months after i came to canada.i came to canada in 1991

In 1991 you were issued an IMM 1000, if you don't have it now , you don't have it.
