Hi, I was wondering if you could tell me which form I have to fill out, either the IMM1283 or the IMM5540.

I am sponsoring my wife and we have one child together. I am a Canadian citizen and so is our child.

Spousal sponsorships do not have to meet minimum income requirements. Only if your dependants had dependants of their own.
