Hi,

Quick question: I am applying under Canadian experience class and was wondering what I should enter under point 4. Immigration Office requested for the processing of your application

I'm living in Canada for over 2 Years now. Should I enter here "Sydney, Nova Scotia" ?

Thx,
Nils

Yikes, NO!  Sydney only does the intake, they do not PROCESS the application.   Instructions explicitly state "Do not select the CIO as the immigration office..."

You have the choice of selecting Buffalo or or the visa office that serves your country of citizenship.

This information IS in the INSTRUCTIONS.  Life will be much easier if you read them!

Thanks, yes_ON
I was just confused since I was planning on filing my application from inside of Canada.

On the CIC website is says that it would be much longer when processed in my home country

Repeat: Those living in Canada (authorized for at least 1 year) have the choice of selecting Buffalo or the VO serving your country of citizenship.  So select Buffalo if you don't want it processed in your home country.
