Do I have to attach one photo in this form in the space provided? Or do I keep 9 of the required applicant's photos loose?

Not sure but I believe that you just leave them loose.
I think that is just for the IO's to attach.

However, like I said I am not sure so hopefully one of the more experienced members can help you out better. Smiley

I'm not sure what is the correct thing to do, but...

I attached it on there. And I left the requested number of photos in the envelope (they asked for 8, so there were 8 in there). I guess it's possible I wasn't supposed to do that, but my application was processed without any delays, so I guess it was ok with them.

Loose in a envelope according to the instructions, depending on the office specific instructions you have to add eye colour name etc on the back of usually one.
