hello all,
i am apply for Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program, while filling the Generic form i am confused. They are asking about my dependents: as i am single and have no children: what i have to include there; should i include my father , mother, sisters and brothers or not. As i have also filled another form ( Additional Family Information : IMM5406) and included them there also. Should i include them there as well or leave it blank ?

HI nsb,
If yu have no children yu have to write N/A and yes yu have to include yur parents whether they are going wid yu or not and yu have to mention them in Additional family information form as well

My problem is as i m single i already removed dependant option. my question is that what will be the answer for no.3 of application details (how many family members, including you,are in the application?) should i include my father ,mother, sisters and brothers here?.If i write '4' as answer i can't submit the application without completing dependant option..

plz let me clear another.If the number of my family member is '1' and i have to write my parents details in Additional family information form, should the photo requirement option need my parents photo (as document checklist required 6 photos for each member of your family and yourself) ?

Go back re read the instructions. You don't require photos for persons who are not dependents. Only yourself. |

The instructions in chEck list says "if you have more than 5 dependants in your family " for additional dependabts form.. In the family info form do i click add dePendants even for my parents.. And since there is no option as relationship do i need tome tion them under "other" category?

Please Please read the instructions and the replies. Your parents ARE NOT INCLUDED AS DEPENDENTS in your application. |
