My wife is sponsoring me and no kids.and non of my family members will go to Canada with me so do i still have to put my family members photos and informations on that page?
Because at the top of the page says "you must provide the details each of your family members, whether they will be accompanying, you to Canada or not."
For this form, 'family members' means your spouse/partner and kids. It does
not mean what 'family members' means in ordinary English - i.e., it does not mean your parents, brothers and sisters, aunts and uncles, etc. Your wife is the sponsor, so she does not have to be included. So just write 'N/A' on that section.
You
do have to list your parents and your brothers and sisters on the Additional Family Information form: IMM 5406, but you do not need photos of them and they do not need to get medicals done.
