Hi there,
I had made a mistake after completing the form, can I change the family members included in the application & remove the dependent child after validation? I just realized adult children who were financially stabled were not under this category =(

Thanks for your quick response.
Did you mean to fill out a new form or correct the completed form? If I made changes on the form, do I need to click validate again or we should only click validate once for the bar code?

'coz I was told to use the generic application form & complete it online =).......I am wondering if I made correction to my form, will it affect the bar codes or not?

i do not know abt barcode forms, but you can fill it through adobe acrobat and u can make changes in forms, where are you from?
