Dear Friends,
I need your expert advice on this very important question of mine. I've stayed in US for 8-years and when i came back to india for good I forgot to pay my last month mobile bill in a hurry which was around 200 dollor. Will that be considered as criminal charge while applying for FBI pcc from USA?
Anybody please reply at your earliest...
thanks in advance

That's not criminal act and won't be classed as such.

That may just affect your credit history, if the mobile company reported to a collection agency. Still you may have an option to pay off online. It will not come in your background check record.

For background check, it will be more of serious crimnal act , like child abuse, robbery etc.

bad credit

if you ever apply for a loan in USA, it will be seen there.
Canada has a very close economical tie with the US, but I am not sure if they would correlate it
