My situation as some might know.I`m sponsoring my parents and they have  a depended child under 22yrs old.I also have 2 more brothers and 2 more sisters
over 22 married (except my one sister). On the question about on  section C. I know i have to put my mom and my brother as accompanying members but at the non-accompanying members should i put my siblings there?By the way i`m still confused as for my sister which she is 27 has been always depended financially on my parents, not married but she does n`t have a disability.Does she qualify as a depended child? Thanks guys for sharing your experience i really appreciate it

Dependent children are either under 22 or over 22 and full time students since before the age of 22 and therefore financially dependent or disabled and therefore dependent.  If this is not the case with your siblings, you only include them on the parents additional family information, not as non-accompanying.

Your sister who is financially dependent on them, if she is not disabled and not a student, she also does not classify as a dependent child.  She will have to learn how to take care of herself.

Your parents should put them down in their additional family information form.  That is one of the forms they have to fill out.
