Hello guys,

Please help me out. How do I go about writing a complaint letter to CIC, and who do I address it to?
I'm not even sure that thsi will help but I feel like I have to do it.

It all depends what you want to complain about. Cic will need a good reason to reply or you wont here anything.
Post your situation on here there might be someone who could help

ok.
SO the thing is that I'm so mad at cic cuz I was told maintly and mainty by call center that the BC for my PR application has started 7 Months ago and that they were just waiting a response to take a decision. However,  after sending a request for access to infos and speaking with few more CIC agents I just found out that the BC was only initiated 2 weeks ago after I inquired to know what was going on.
For all response, I was told that the memo sent to the agency that conducts Bc didn't not do through seven months ago. Funny huh... They just realize it ...

What visa office are you using and what is the process time?
How long have you been waiting?
The cic have a cleaver way of saying you can do anything about your application unless it is over the process time.
Other then getting in touch with your local mp i dont know what else you could do, i dont think writing a letter will do much sorry.
Leon might be the best person to ask.
