I really need somebody's help!

I have a GF for 3 years and we already have a 2 year old son, actually we were living together backhome the time that I was there but I'm not sure if I can sponsor her as my common-law because I don't have enough supporting documents because it is illegal in the Philippines to be together if your marrage is not annulled yet. And I think I just want sponsor my 2 kids from my xwife first to make sure that they can come here with me easily and I do next my common-law and my youngest son later. Kind of very hard for us but I think I have no choice. Anybody out there can guide me what to do? :( is there a chance that I can sponsor them at once?

THANKS!

MrAlone, kababayan!

im not speaking professionally here but i think that would depend whether you are acknowledged as the father of your children which i think should show on their birth certificates here in the Philippines. i think that would determine the first step..and the next i think is on the evaluation about your relationship with children..personal stuffs.and they might throw questions esp during interview.

again im not expert about this.

sir i got a meeting from my other consultant.if you are interested for her i can give you her number..

it is possible daw to bring your children in canada with the same process as normal spnsorship and you still have the decision whethter you want to brink your xwife or not..

on the other hand, with regards to your girlfriend, you might find it difficult na papuntahin sya jan.or get her thru sponsorship. ur chances is just so little and you might consider marrying her.but the theres a problem with your ex wife right? so you better fix the annulment first
