hi all
my broblem that i send full document to london office in august including IELTS
ineed in ielts 5 points to reach 67 points so i got as following/
4.5 w
4.5 r
4.5 l
5.5 s
and my lawyer said its 5 points in ielts and total you will get 67 and becouse of this i send my ielts.
since august no reply from london and the status recived by visa office. after that i come to know from members that officer will give you only 4points, so becouse that i,m afraid to refuse my case.
so suggest me what to do? my case status again / recived by visa office
can i do any thing or just wait or can enroll to re apply for ielts but maybe any time status change to in process.
so pls pls advice

It appears that you lawyer doesn't know what s/he is talking about in relation to IETLS scores. You have 1 moderate for 2 points and 3 basic. The maximum points you can get for basic is 2 So your total is 4 points not 5 See:
