I'm Canadian, Can I sponsor my husband if my husband and I are students in Canada, and I have a part-time job where i earn by commission only, is there a minimum income requirement?

Yes, there is no income requirement for spousal sponsorships.  However you can not be in reciept of socail assitance (ie Welfare), or be in bankrupcy.
