find out in which area you lacked points.  you are probably better off re-applying rather than appealing your case.  so, get your points up, then re-apply.

why did you apply if you did not have the requisite 67 points? I mean, it is such an agony to go through the whole process again. Well, you can reapply once you up your points to 67. Appeal will not work.
