The time for STEP 2 in Tel-aviv Israel takes 8 months now , okey lets say you pay in advance , they say in the guide it might reduce the process time by 2 months , if yes , does it mean that the step 2 will be 6 months not 8

and if you dont pay in advance , they need extra 2 months , so it wil be 10 months not 8
somebody can explain to me PLZ

If you don't pay in advance it could add 2 months to the 8 month processing time.

Married 9'06, ap sent 3'07 & refused in 1'08 due to inadmissible son.  Won appeal 1'10.  Back in process 4'10, new meds req 5'10 - submitted in June.  New FBI submitted 8'10  Approved 30Nov2010! COPR recd 05Jan2011. LANDED 31Jan2011 YAY!

No....the guide assumes you pay in advance, hence 8 months. If you do not pay, it will take 10 months.

Remember, these time lines are approximate and dependent on lots of different factors. Right now, from what I am reading on this forum, not many people are getting PR in less than 9 months, no matter where they apply or pay.
