helo everyone,
i just got my caips notes..my timeline is in m signature
guys i have a question
in my caips notes,in one place it says
file to registry for meds and ede,
and in vo's comments it again says
waiting for ede and meds
does anyone have any idea what's EDE?

Please could you let me know if you received Caips notes or GCSM? I have heard they are sending out GCSM, so please could you confirm. Thanks waiting. |

For caips notes it is different department dont worry for this. It cannot creat any bad effect on your file. |

CAIPS is a centralized system of CIC & not a local standalone. All CAIPS request are handled at their Ottawa, Ontario office for all Visa Offices. It does not disturb the Visa Officer, don't worry ! Requesting CAIPS before status 'In Process' with date, will not yield any results. |

To Jnathan, You just have to wait for their communication. Mine was 22.1.2011 and i also wanted to ordered Caip notes to see what they wrote and i was told by Qorax and other members to wait for about 5 to 7 months before i could ordered next Caips notes. The reason for the long wait being that sometimes they open your file on the BF'D , but do not do much and could not send any communication. If they do not do any significant work, they will just put another BF'D, so that was the reason i was asked to wait for sometime. I am planning to ordered in August , if i do not here from them. Hope it helps |
