I would like to hear experts and seniors suggestions. I have applied for Federal skilled PR and my application at final stage. I got letter to submit my passports also. Now, I am searching for options to settle down in Canada without spending much time and money. I applied under NOC # 2148. Is it possible to work in any other jobs if the opportunities come first? Or I have to find the job that meets my NOC number?

Once you are a PR you can work at any job you wish.

Thank you very much, PMM. That‘s sounds very good.

I have another doubt. I stated that I intended to live in Ontario province in Application for Permanent Residence in Canada (IMM 0008). Now, I have already submitted my passports to CHC, London for VISA and planning to land in early part of 2010. I learned through many web sites that my profession has better opportunities in Alberta Province. Can I settle in Alberta province if better opportunity comes or I must settle in Ontario only because I mention it in my initial application? Please give me advice.

As long as you didn't apply under a PNP program, you can settle wherever you want.
