If my wife doesn't recieve her...

If my wife is denied a tourist visa extension and she only has 1 month left to receive her PR card, will she be able to wait in Miami with her cousin since she has her multiple US visa? Or does she have to go to her home country (Ecuador) to wait the last month?

You did not give more details..so i will be blank.
She can land in Canada comming from any country..US.Asia.Europe.Africa.Aus does not matter...
So i assume she is in canada and you think she might either have to go back to Ecuador or US and then come back to land? am i right ?
IF yes, she can go back to US..stay in her cousin's and come to canada to land from US.
