I have a friend who works in Canada and I plan to ask her submit my resume for me, will that be possible?

I am also planning to apply from the job bank, will that be a good move/

If you may qualify under the provincial nominee program where you are, depends on your work.  Otherwise if you are a skilled worker, you have to work for 2 yrs. and then can apply under Canadian experience class.  You could also apply as a FSW from within Canada.

FSW=federal skilled worker - QSW=Quebec skilled worker
