If I get married in the states ...

I'm a Canadian Citizen and I'd like to think that I can marry whomever I choose but I guess the world still isn't one big happy family still huh?? haha

So here's my trouble, the woman I love I met 2 years ago visiting some friends in the states. I visit her often and we have become seriously serious and want to be married. She wants to have the ceremony in the States close to her family and I agree and then after we'd like to come back here to Canada. 

Question: What do I need to do so we can immediately return to Canada and not worry about being apart??
