If I cancel My representative can he still access my e-cas ??

Hello friends If I cancel my representative .. can he still access my e-cas ? Since he has my immigration file number,name,date of birth he can easily access my e-cas and send wrong emails to VO or change address. I mean he can play with this out of anger... Can't he ?? please need your input

Yes, even if you give me your File number, DOB, fullname or surname, birth country etc info required for E-case status, I will also able to view e-case status afte entering all necessary info. don'tworry nobody can change any information on E-case, thats just for read status only and even that status is not correct somany cases, not accurate and perfect, even CHC also mentioned that do not trust on cic E-case.
if you dont like to see e-case online you can remove it those credentials, this way nobody will able to view e-case status, including you too.

If I don't be able to check my e-cas how will I know the updates in case?? and yes he cannot change the infor but he can change address and he has my file number if he withdraw my application??

you can order CAIPS note, You will get informed by VO (mail/post) when required any additional documents, medical request, RPRF , PPR Rejection notice etc you will informed by VO.
even you can send case specific query email to VO and mentioned what you want to know about your PR process.
Changing address using E-case page is not proper way, VO have special format for that, but yes in some cases address changed using e-case status page too.

Above mentioned are the only way you can stop to watch e-case. it's depend on you what you want to do.

How long it takes to the VO update the address change? I need to change the address because in my e-cas there I can see my representative's address

its depend on VO, slow VO take time but generally I count 30days maximum.
my OLD passport expired and informed to VO in december 2010 for new passport with all copies, I issued caips note in May 2011 and I got Caips note in june 2011, still CAIPS note show me my OLD passport number, so VO just got my all documents but not updated in system about my new passport number details.
