Hi Guys,
I applied for Federal Skilled Worker, My application received in CIC office Sydney on the 1st, June 2011, My demand draft was cashed on the 17th, June 2011, could anyone tell me what is next??? is my application approved or still it needs to be checked by different departments??

It is still to be checked. Usually, it is cashed once they have reviewed if all documents requiered are included. Now they will start reviewing.

Thanx Dear, could anyone tell that at the 1st stage what do they review about an application & send the pay order to be cashed???

Plz let me know if ur Credit Card or Bank Draft is charged , does it mean that u r eligible for immigration in term of scoring & all documentation is ok?

No it does not. There are several instances where it is encashed an users receive a NER. You can check the FSW Post June 26 applicants spreadsheets for some examples of this. The link is below in my signarure.

does not mean that elligible but its good sign, mostly person get NER at last because at last stage VO look in depth, the low level VO's note and all documents back if the VO not satisfied with application then person get NER after encashed the fees. mostly people get aor in general.
