what will be the best way to apply for job in canada if both(husband & wife) are bankers and having experience of 6 and 3 years respectively?

and what will be the process to apply for immigration on the basis of such working experience?

You will get more points for the 6 yrs experience. However, you need to check if your NOC is still there. To learn about the whole process, check the immigration guide, the link is provided in my signature.
