and which place in punjab  is good for ielts to a good score?

No difference. Goto google and search for IELTS test centers and conducting body. You will get the answer to your question.

Hi

As far as my experience is concerned British Council is better though the difference is non significant.

The IELTS is a standardized test, so one will get similar score at all the centers not even in Punjab but throughout the World. Assessment is irrespective of Test centers. I can assure u,  This is reality!!!!

As I c u r 4131  so pls dont go CHD for exam,
As I personally know there are lecturers who take IELTS exam,
