IELTS will be required at the time of application submission to CIO

Hi Seniors,

I want to apply for Canada PR. I got pass points based on my IELTS scores and others. I took IELTS in July 2010.
I will submit CIO by this month with my past IELTS results.

I would like to know whether I need to take IELTS again before submission to Visa Office?

I'm assuming you meant that you took the IELTS last July 2009. If you did, then you have to submit your documents this month because your test results must not be more than one year old at the time that you submit your application.
