Some applicants in 2005 to 2007 applied with Ielts  others did not(those from English speaking Countries). I have seen people who did not do Ielts(TOEFL) and they have now done the medicals and paid for visas. What exactly is the situation of this as a lot of people are now worried about rejection due to TOEFL related reasons!!

If IELTS was not mandatory at the time they applied and nobody has since asked them for one, they have nothing to worry about.

IELTS was not mandatory at the time I applied.  I did not take it and I got my visa.
