IELTS to CIO or after confirm eligibility

IELTS should be send first time with all the documents, or after CIO confirm you eligibility?

it is possible to send a copy first with the result and then the original after getting the eligibility?

it's should be with initial application (CIO) otherwise your application will be return back to you as in-complete application.

Please how old should IELTS result be at the time the application is sent? I took mine last year June and would want to use it to apply as soon as CAP is reset, will it still be ok? Thanks for your reponses!

EFFECTIVE December 23, 2010: If you are submitting a language test with your application, the results are now valid for 2 years from the time you took the test.
So, your IELTS is still valid. you may search here in this forum many posts related IELTs even seperate discussion for IELTS there under "Immigration Topic".
