What if i submit my IELTS with Academic Stream rather than General Traning?Can they make any objection?
Second,Their other requirement is :OR: Bachelor in English or French,
I have a certificate from a Global Professional Accountancy Body taught in English medium, Equivalent to Bachelor will it also work?

i have done both my BSc and MSc (microsystems engineering and nanotechnolgy) in an english speaking universitie and the proff docs are available.
Also my work experience was completely in an english working medium.
Further more , i have a solid publication in an international journals and conferences where english is the medium language
is the IELTS TEST STILL MANDATORY FOR ME

Also my work experience was completely in an english working medium.

If the CIC ask you to take IELTS, you have no choice but to comply even though you have excellent command of English. |

It depends for which category you going to apply.IF you planning to apply under Alberta Family stream you need ielts with min 4 bands OR Bachelor in English, if under skilled migrant category then i think ielts is must as proof for english your proficiency .

sweety  ....... you need to take test again as immigration require general training module not academic, how can you prove your certificate from a Global Professional Accountancy Body taught in English medium is Equivalent to Bachelor? it will not work unless you get an equilvalance of qualification certificate from some canadian ECE (Educational credential evaluation)body |
