Hi
Well to be honest I will depend on my IELTS score to immigrate as my wife isn't immigrating with me and i have no arranged employment so do i have the exam first and if i get the score i want send the application to the CIO or save time on the IELTS exam as it only takes a year to expire and do it after CIO approve my application??
please help and advise many thanks in advance

Do ielts first to ensure that you have sufficient points, so that if you don't you have time to re-do it.
