I also heard that there is no problem of english fluency if you cross 67 points.
Someone said to me that that they demand excellent english (IELTS score) for the applicants under NOC4121, so I was wondering whether it is true or not.
I also checked thoroughly through the information guide given by CIC but no information about this, therefore appreciate if you could ps kindly update your NOC number.

i know many people who just pass the 67 point with thier education and family in canada and educated wife so they just took the ielts for fun to achieve 4 points
please again forget this isuue if your score reach or pass 67
again it is a pass mark
on the gate the immigration officer ask 67 or more pass simply
