As you can see here you can calculate your score accordingly.

Hi Parmod
you will get L:7=2points S:7=4points R:6 =2points and W: 6=2points
Total 10 points you will get.

My Scanned Images show the IELTS score requirements of the previous system and the one with the current system. they are taken from the CIC site but hosted on other site.
