IELTS SCORE REQUIRED OR NOT

My cousin is goin to apply. Soon he will send the application to Sydney , nova scotia for intial assessment. He has not given IELTS at this stage, does it affect initial assessment decision.  Do any need to attach cover letter , that he is going to give exam in next month. PLz help

IELTS score is not needed during initial application. You need it at your second state, that is when you apply with full docs to the visa office.

Obviously - NO.

But, it doesn't mean that he should relax. He, better, get himself ready. Studying every day.
