Hi ,

I have over all score as 69 points to apply for the canada immigration and i scored 5.5 in IELTS.
is this score sufficient to apply for the canada immigrations under skilled worker class...?
any suggestions ?

Hi,

I have few questions....i saw in the website that CAP is reached for this year (2010-2011)for the skilled worker class under the software engineers.
can i still send my applicaitons to CIC...? if i send now will they consider for the next year queue or will they reject it ?

Your score is 69 while pass marks is 67 then it means in IELTS 5.5 score is enough for skilled worker visa/immigration to Canada.

If you send it now, your application will be automatically rejected and returned to you.

Hi ,


in the CIC website i read that the CAP for skilled worker are reached for this year....if i send my application now to CIC will they accept or reject ?

in the CIC website they wrote that this CAP 500 for normal who are applying under skilled worker class......suppose if we have the arranged employemnts can we send it now, will CIC consider this application after the 500 CAP is reached also.

Without an AEO - the application will be rejected and returned to you.

With an AEO - the application will be accepted and processed.

Hi ,
After the CAP reached if we send the application to CIC...they will reject our application any idea whether we will get all the money back or will they deduct something....?
1) if we loose some money how much we will loose ?
2) can we apply again on june 2012 ?
3) do we have any priority those whose applicaitons are reject for this time. ?

any suggesions ...please.
