Does any one know about the latest IELTS euavelency chart. I can't find it on the cic website. Can some one please tell what is the score band for "High Prificiency".
the scores are:
Listning: 7
Reading: 9
Writting: 7.5
Speaking:: 8

For high proficiency you need
Listening: 7.5 or more
Reading: 6.5 or more
Writing: 6.5 or more
Speaking:: 6.5 or more

Sonea very good scores indeed, just missed 0.5 score in listening to get highest possible 16 points, but still 14 is also very good.
