Hi.
As per my IELTS score, I have high proficiency in all 3 section except of listening where my score give No proficiency.
This is due to my hearing and listening problem. Though i use hearing aid.
Does it affect my chance of immigration.
Do i need to send any document or letter to immigration official about my hearing disability?
Let me know please.

It's better to repeat the test instead of telling them

One more question is here for you........if you have hearing disability problem then how did you clear speaking portion cause in speaking portion again you have to listen a person in front of you.........so they will not accept any covering letter about your hearing disability............

If he can read lips, which many people who having hearing disablities can do, then the speaking portion wouldn't be a problem.  I am really new to the immigration process, so you many take my advice with a grain of salt, but I do not believe a hearing disability would make someone medical inadmissiable to Canada.  Where would the excess demands be to the medical system be just for a hearing disability/loss?  Since you scored high proficiency in all other sections I would just send them a cover letter documenting your hearing disability from a doctor and include a letter in your app as to why you did not score any points for the listening section due to your hearing loss.  I think the worst that could happen is  that you would not get any points for high skill for the listening portion, which I think would be four points.  Just make sure that without these 4 points you would still score 67.

I think it will not cause you any can cross 67 score.

Will you please provide the details of your IELTS Result.

Hearing disability will not cause you trouble in medical as medical are done to judge the diseases which can cause major problems (esp. communicable diseases)

Rest wait for some more suggestions....
