Have u seen Macleans ranking of Canadian graduate schools.
http://oncampus.macleans.ca/education/rankings/ Just browse through few unis, see FAQ section. Most unis do post min ILETS and TOEFL scores. You can also ask for avg. scores by email. Some unis do reveal that info.
Moreover, graduate admission is based on a whole impression of applicant not just on its ILETS score. So if u have good past academic record and work experience, ILETS score may not hurt u a lot.
